Kvitingsmorki
Hike description

The hike is in steep forested terrain with beautiful pine forests. Shortly after Kloppemyri, you will see Kvitingsmorki. This is West Norway’s highest-lying pine forest. Towards the high mountains, the landscape is characterised by primaeval forests. Here, you’ll find four of Norway’s cloven-hoofed animals – moose or elk, deer, rain deer and roe deer. This is a protected landscape area.
